The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated on a bustling street filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and street vendors. It's a stone's throw away from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the option of an extra bed for added convenience. I particularly enjoyed the balcony at the back, which offered a peaceful retreat. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the basic amenities were all provided. Breakfast was included in the price, and the selection, especially the delicious fried rice, was a great way to start the day. The breakfast is served on a lovely front terrace, adding to the overall experience.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect for visiting the Royal Palace and temples. The locality is alive with street vendors, bars and restaurants. The hotel iteslf is an oasis from the chaos of the city. Everything in the hotel is new and nicely designed. It is spotlessly clean and there is security and cctv. Front desk is 24 / 7. Staff are friendly and easy-going and speak English.

The hotel was conveniently located near plenty of shops, restaurants, and transportation options. the staff was helpful and friendly, offering tips on where to visit and how to navigate the city. the room was clean and comfortable, with a stocked fridge and nice bathroom amenities.
The noise levels in the area were quite high at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the size of the room and bathroom were a bit too small for comfort.

Staff went out of their way to help us and give information. Even wrote a note in Thai for us to show a taxi driver. Good location that avoids the mayhem of KohSan Rd...

I had a great stay at this hotel in a bustling area. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the coolest street with bars and plenty to do nearby. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute towel animals on the bed adding a nice touch. I appreciated the air conditioning, especially on the top floor where I stayed. And the best part? Breakfast was included in the price, with options like delicious fried rice to choose from.
All was just fine, no concerns at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, with polite and helpful staff. They even left two bottles of water and toilet paper outside our door when we had the 'do not disturb' sign on. They also stored our luggage securely after we checked out. The rooms were clean and tidy, although there could have been more sockets. The balcony was great for drying clothes, but the view wasn't the best. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Nothing complaint about the room. Staff, clean room, amenity goods, wifi, flat tv etc are good enough.
Actually 1200 B worth at most. They do not seem to have a kitchen so that guests take a breakfast at the nearby poor cafe.

This hotel is a great choice for those looking for value for money. With its prime location in the coolest street of the city, you'll be surrounded by vibrant bars and a lively atmosphere. The staff here are friendly and provide attentive service, ensuring your stay is comfortable. The rooms are basic but clean, with a balcony facing the bustling streets below. It's a nice touch to find cute towel animals on the bed, adding a touch of charm to your stay. Breakfast, served on a nice front terrace, offers several choices, including delicious fried rice.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Excellent location, just beside the street and at the corner. Our room was at the 3rd floor, overlook the crowed street. The street just behind Khao San and full of bars, restaurants and booths selling snacks and fruit, it turn to very lively since noon. Best place for backpackers and those like night life. As the street bustling with noise and excitement, may not be the best choice for family with little kids as outside is a bit too noisy to rest, even after midnight. The room is a bit small but very clean. And the ambiance at the ground floor was lovely. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is included, standard stuff and was not bad. But only serving from 7:30 - 10:00 am. We missed two days, wake up too late - -''
I personally found it was a bit pricey but my girlfriend said it worth to the price. But taking into account the location and cleanness, I agree.
